I am Natalia Papanagi, Integrative Psychotherapist (Counselling Therapist), and I am located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
I like working in an integrative way. What does that mean? That I pick and choose elements, theories, practices, and techniques from various psychotherapeutic approaches, to tailor the therapeutic plan and experience to your own needs.
Education:
My foundation rests on a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby (BACP-accredited), where I learned how to integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory and Psychodynamics as a therapist in order to empower individuals toward positive change and getting to know themselves. I have a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University (BPS-accredited), where I embraced a rigorous exploration of psychological principles.
I love learning and evolving, and I have attended numerous seminars and workshops on a variety of topics, such and psychological services, such as Religious Abuse and Religious Trauma, Art Therapy, Existential Therapy, Group Therapy, Systemic-Family Therapy, Gestalt, Hypnosis, Soul Retrieval, working on sexual dysfunctions, personality disorders, and many more.
